Healthy Tips

Remember this few helpful hints:

                                                                                                         




  • Chew your food well. Never over-eat. Over-eating clogs your digestive system.
  • Avoid starchy foods and other constipating food, such as white bread and sweets.
  • Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables in their seasons.
  • Take a deep breath of fresh air several times daily.
  • Do some walking everyday, but rest when you get tired.
  • Avoid smoking especially excessive smoking and avoid drinking alcohol.
  • Bathe yourself with a lot of sunshine early in the morning. It's one of the free richest sources of Vitamin D.
  • Do some GROUNDING OR EARTHING by simply going outside and place your bare foot or hands on some grass or earth. It is a source of free anti-oxidants from nature.
  • Drink your glass of milk with a little honey leisurely for about 5 minutes. But, don't drink it during meals.
  • Also , drink at least 8 glasses of water EVERYDAY. A glass of water before going to bed and upon arising in the morning. Another glass of water after each meal.
  • And most of all LOVE GOD ABOVE ALL THINGS!!
